I am writing this letter of recommendation for Graybeale Construction Company. Graybeale recently finished an addition to my commercial building. The addition was relatively small but there were many complexities to the job including, but not limited to, significant soil and ground water problems, extension of the fire monitoring system, relocating power sources, etc. I chose Graybeale because my gut told me to trust Ryan Bradley and his team did not disappoint.
By all accounts, the process was seamless. The superintendent on our job was fantastic and his answer was consistently “yes, we can do that.” They met my standards for quality, were available and accommodating and delivered the job on time and on budget. There were no loose ends at the end of the project. Our punch list had less than five items on it and they were complete within the week.
I can recommend Graybeale without hesitation and would work with them again should the occasion arise.
