Graybeale is a responsive, professional contractor that I hope to do repeat business with. They recently completed a complicated 45,000 SF tenant build out on time on and on budget. They also provided excellent customer service to both the Owner and Tenant. Highlights include:
• Budget, bid and execute construction remodel of 45K SF of office space off W. Broad St. in Glen Allen
• Open office space centered around Main Server Room Hub—this work required close coordination with the Tenant on schedule and security.
• Completed renovation of 1st floor elevator lobby
• Major milestones included the successful management of long lead items (order/delivery
• of custom-built DataAire CRAC units, carpet installation in coordination with Tenant furniture vendor, etc.)
• Faced unknown challenges throughout construction process within 25+ year-old facility
• Original construction schedule of 70 working days (14 weeks)
• Substantial Completion reached in 50 working days (10 weeks)
Bottom line: Best darn General Contractor in the Richmond area! 🙂
